Below you can see what to expect from us during the whole process:
1) First interview (about 30 minutes) – IT Recruiters talk with candidates about our company, work experience, expectations, motivation, availability & check English skills and cultural fit
2) Technical interview (1,5 h), where our Engineers check technical skills by asking technical questions or coding challenge
3) Biz/HR interview (45 minutes) – the final stage conducted by our CEO and HR Manager, where we sum up all of the recruitment stages, talk about development directions, expectations, projects and check the cultural fit
4) Interview with the client (may be required depending on the project but it’s optional)
5) Decision

Feedback from our candidates about our recruitment process is crucial for us, and we have received many positive comments. Thanks to that, they have an opportunity to meet and get to know better future colleagues and notice our atmosphere and culture. The second area we receive positive feedback for is flexibility when scheduling meetings. We try to ensure that the dates of the meetings are suitable for both parties and that our process at each stage is online, which is comfortable. Of course, we provide answers to candidates’ questions and try to provide as many details and specific information as possible about our projects, benefits, cooperation models, financial ranges, equipment, and technologies we use daily.
In our recruitment procedure we use tools built internally by the Appliscale team using no-code/low-code solutions. Thanks to this solution and automation, our process is smoother and more efficient.
